Your sleeping position, your sitting posture and even the way you sit on your couch while enjoying your favourite series, your body posture matters.

The reason is pretty clear. When you don’t practice the right posture, it adds stress to your back. Years of this added stress and you don’t feel like having a painless back. The pain can become troubling as your spine health has got affected. So, make sure that you always focus on your good posture. Here are the tips that can help you:

You think that you are getting enough nutrition but you may not be right. The kind of foods you eat can impact your spine health.

I am not saying it, science has got the evidence for this. According to research, the absence of certain nutrients in your diet can cause back pain. So make sure you choose the foods wisely. You can add anti-inflammatory foods to your routine meals to limit inflammation. Food impacts your spine health in another way and that’s by affecting your weight changes.

When you consume unhealthy foods in your diet, it can result in weight gain. So, never take your food selection for granted if you want to keep your spine healthy.
