Ernesto Sodi Pallares was a biochemist, criminologist, and professional writer. Born in 1919 in Mexico, Ernesto became famous after obtaining a biochemist-pharmacist qualification at 19. The biochemist worked for the Mexican government and the presidency and held more prestigious jobs.
The Havard University in Boston appointed him a professor in organic chemical structures, where he impacted many learners. Moreover, he had other roles in Washington and Mexico, making him a recognized expert in his field.
Ernesto spent his time preparing many chemical and medical studies. His opinions were highly valued and even credited for the chemical examination of the shroud of the Virgin of Guadalupe image.
Although Ernest died in 1977 due to complications from advanced diabetes, he remains and is remembered as the father of Thalia Sodi, a famous actress and singer recognized as the queen of Latin pop music.

Born on August 26, 1971, Thalia Sodi is the youngest of Ernesto Sodi’s five children. Thalia’s mother was called Yolanda Miranda Mange, a painter and Thalia’s manager from 1980 to 1999. Thalia’s mother died in 2011.
Thalia Sodi appeared in a TV commercial in Mexico when she was one year old, and since then, she has grown interested in being an actress and singer. When she was four, she started taking ballet and piano classes at Conservatoria Nacional de Musica and began honing her skills in music.
When Thalia was six years old, she had the most challenging time of her life: losing her father. Later in life, the singer publicly admitted that the death of her father traumatized her, and it led to her voice loss for a whole year.
