It became a huge story as he was linked to the Mexican drug cartel. However, their father denied the allegations.

Father

Juliana’s father, Joan Sebastian, is the main reason for her stardom. The 64-year-old Mexican singer, and songwriter contributed a lot to the music industry. His composition of more than a thousand songs made a big impact on music.

He won the Grammys five times and seven Latin Grammy Awards. He composed more than 35 albums. He earned the title of “El Rey del Jaripeo” (The King of Mexican Rodeo) because of his concert performances on a horse.

He made songs for different artists like Lucero, Bronco, Vicente Fernandez, Rocio Durcal, and Pepe Aguilar. Her father’s work in the music industry made her famous.

But despite his fame, Joan has been carrying a serious sickness since 1999. He had bone cancer. Compliance with a treatment made his sickness lie dormant until 2007.

Following the second wave of treatment, he survived but had a remission in 2012. And in 2014, he announced his cancer remission for the fourth time. On July 13, 2015, he died.

Sibling rivalry

Juliana’s relationship with her other siblings was not good. In a post on her Instagram, she revealed that her half-brothers were dishonest in allocating their late father’s fortune. She said that the land, cars, and jewels left by their father were not evenly distributed.

Rumor has it that while her stepbrothers were busy dividing their father’s trucks, glasses, and watches, she didn’t get to receive even a single sock. The only possessions she got from her father were given by other people, not her family.
