June Wallace Thomson’s Early Life and Background

For June Wallace’s education, her primary and secondary education is not known to the public. However, it is known that she graduated from the University of Pittsburgh. She was a Bachelor in English graduate. Soon after, she proceeded to pursue a Master’s degree in journalism at Columbia University.

June Wallace Thomson obtained quite a lot of accomplishments during her studies. She also was a Master of Arts and a Doctor in Speech and Communications.

She did modeling as well. She even became the 1946 Miss Subway. But then after, she joined NBC to apply for television and radio writing. Because of her prowess, she was announced as Miss NBC. These are some of her well-known works. Tattletales, It’s Your Bet, and It Takes Two.

June Wallace Thomson tied the knots with Jack Albertson in the year 1952, during Halloween. Harold (Jack) Albertson was an American singer, actor, comedian, and dancer. He also won Oscar and Emmy awards. They also had a daughter soon after their marriage. Her name was Maura Dhu Studi. 

Like her mother June and father Harold, she also quite accomplished remarkable things. She was a writer and actress.

June Wallace lost her husband in November 1981 because of colon cancer. June became a widow for some time. Around 34 years later, she died on January 9, 2015, in Los Angeles, California.
