Juliana Elway is the youngest daughter of American football executive and former quarterback John Albert Elway Jr. Her mother is Janet Elway, a former swimmer. During her college education, she led her college to the first national women’s swim titles.
Juliana has three older siblings Jack Elway, Jessica Elway, and Jordan Elway. His only brother Jack plays as a quarterback, and in 2014 he was arrested for assaulting his girlfriend.
Personal Life
Juliana Elway is a married woman; she met the love of her life through a mutual friend. At the time of their introduction, Juliana lived in Arizona while her husband stayed in Denver. The couple started dating, and months later, they were engaged. They used their mutual friend to organize and officiate their wedding just four months after their engagement.
So many guests attended the event as they watched Juliana’s father walk her down the aisle. John was fully prepared as Juliana was the last of her daughters to get married. However, it was an emotional moment for him.
Juliana and her husband Kent exchanged their wedding vows in July 2019, and they are blessed with two beautiful kids, Huxley and Karleigh.
Educational Background and Career
Regarding her educational background, Juliana has not revealed any information about which school she attended. However, her older siblings Jessica and Jack both studied at Cherry Creek High School, and possibly she also studied there. After graduating from high school, Juliana Elway joined college.
According to Juliana Elway’s Twitter page, she is a kindergarten teacher. She also taught grade one, but she prefers kindergarten.
Her Father
Juliana and her father, John have a close bond, maybe because she is her lastborn daughter; when things went wrong with Denver Broncos, she came to the defense of her father, noting that she will always be his number one fan.
Juliana’s father is a former quarterback, but he has been the president of football operations for NFL’s Denver Broncos since 2021. John Elway attended Stanford Cardinal college, where he played college football. Juliana Elway’s father was among the best quarterbacks; in the first round of the 1983 NFL draft, he was among the first quarterbacks to be chosen.
Despite being chosen in the first round of the NFL draft, John Elway did not want to play for Baltimore Colts, saying he would rather play baseball or collect garbage than play for Colts. Luckily, Juliana’s father was traded for players from Denver Broncos, a team he later joined.
Juliana Elway’s father played for Denver Broncos for 16 years, after which he announced his retirement from professional football. He is regarded as one of the best quarterbacks and greatest footballers of all time; in 1999, he was ranked by The Sporting News as number 16 on their list of 100 Greatest Football Players.
