Death Note season 2

There are numerous anime shows to entertain its viewers and garner more and more fan following. However, there are some which are so striking that no one can resist watching them again and again. Death note is one such great example. It begins with a simple story plot revolving around a mysterious book named Death Note.

This book belongs to supernatural spirits discovered by a teen youth named Light Yagami. According to this book, a user can kill anyone whose name is written on the pages. Not just the engaging story but it is also the characters that make Death Note a worth watching anime series.

The character Light Yagami is the central part of this anime series. Getting a brief idea of the story plot, Death Note revolves around the latter and his following efforts in making the best use of the Death Note to make the world free from crime and immoral people. And it is only possible if they are killed by finding their names on pages.

The strange idea of a magical notebook causing the killing of the ones whose names are there in its pages is an imaginary plot. Hence, it is not meant for excessively critical watching. Please note that there is no reality and is purely a fictitious story. Death Note explores the journey of its two main characters (Light Yagami and L Lawliet) who walk on paths that can only pave them to devastating wins.

Despite some obvious plot holes, still, there is no doubt in calling Death Note a well-crafted anime show, no matter whether you are an anime lover or not. Knowing more about the leading characters

Light Yagami

Light Yagami, also known as Kira, is first shown as a reckless high school senior student at the beginning of the Death Note anime. He has a doubtful perception of the world around him and often considers it decayed in all sense. One day while looking outside the window, Yagami sees a falling notebook from the sky. His curiosity prompts him to explore the book after which his life moves forward to lunacy.

When he comes to know that he is acquainted with the power of death gods, he starts his rampage of flushing out criminals by killing them after mentioning their names on the Death Note. Initially, Yagami motive seems legitimate but later on, he seems too indulged in the excess of power, and this led to his face-off with another character named:

L Lawliet

He is another pivotal character in the thriller anime Death Note. Lawliet is an anonymous detective, who links to the world with the help of Watari, his assistant. He also seems to be a mysterious kind of person, still, his detective skills are not questioned by anyone. Lawliet proves his excellence every time.

He shows his excellence for the first time when he has a confrontation with Yagami on live TV. For most of the time, he even succeeds in being one step ahead of his opponent. But it is not so easy for Lawliet to nab Yagami so easily since he possesses a killing notebook. However, that does not make him give up, instead, he is determined to catch the Death Note holder one day.
